Awaiting legal review

These terms were drafted in-house and are pending review by a solicitor. The limitation of liability section in particular should not be treated as settled.

Terms of Use

These cover your use of this website and the eligibility form. Installation work is governed by a separate written contract agreed with you directly.

Last reviewed: 7 August 2026

Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Alpha Energy Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 12528640, registered office 4 Hendre Road, Llangennech, Llanelli SA14 8TG. We were named CT Eco Ltd until 4 July 2026; any contract or quotation issued under that name is with the same company and remains valid.

Using this website

You may browse the site and use the eligibility form for genuine enquiries about energy efficiency work at a property you own, rent or let. Please do not submit someone else’s details without their knowledge, or use the form for automated or nuisance submissions.

An eligibility check is an enquiry, not a decision

Completing the form starts a conversation. It is not an application, it does not create a contract, and it is not a decision about your eligibility. Whether a grant applies to your property depends on a survey, on the scheme rules in force at the time, and on factors we cannot assess from a form. Ofgem, not us, decides Boiler Upgrade Scheme eligibility.

What the figures on this site mean

Grant amounts shown on this site are the maximum available under the Boiler Upgrade Scheme at the date shown. They are a contribution towards an installation, not the full cost — in most homes there is a balance to pay, and your quotation will show the grant and your contribution separately.

Any savings or generation figures shown are illustrative examples calculated from published industry data, with their assumptions stated alongside them. They are not a prediction for your property. Before you commit to anything we will give you a property-specific performance estimate calculated to the MCS standard.

Government schemes open, close and change their rules. Figures and scheme names on this site can change without notice, and we review them at the dates shown on each page.

Quotes and installation work

Any survey, quotation or installation is arranged separately and set out in its own written agreement covering price, scope, timescales, warranties and your cancellation rights. As a RECC member we are bound by the Renewable Energy Consumer Code in how we quote and sell.

Where a contract is agreed away from our business premises — in your home, for example — you normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your specific cancellation rights will be set out in that contract.

Accreditations

Our certifications, what each one covers, and the registers you can check us on are listed on our accreditations page.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and content may go out of date between reviews.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Beyond that, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website, as opposed to a written quotation or contract given to you directly. [Full limitation wording to be settled by a solicitor.]

Your data

What we do with the details you submit is set out in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
